Registration and Deferral Policy 

• You have 48hrs after registration to request a full refund. After that no refunds will be issued. 
• Runners under 17 years old will be accepted to race with written and signed parental consent.
• Once an event is sold out there will be no new spots, transfers or waitlists.
• Bibs are non-transferable to another runner under any circumstance.   
• Pregnant? Congratulations! We offer 100% deferrals for anyone who is unable to participate in a Mount Robson Marathon Race due to pregnancy. 
• You can drop down in distance within the same event for no cost. You cannot move up. We do not offer credits if you drop down.
• Entries can only be deferred a single time, to a single event. 
• Up to 30 days before, we offer 100% deferral of fees towards the next year’s Mount Robson Marathon Event.
• Between 14 to 30 days before, we offer 50% deferral of race fees towards the next year’s Mount Robson Marathon Event.
• There are no refunds and no deferrals within 2 weeks of race day. No exceptions.

​Mount Robson Marathon reserves the right to cancel or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons. In the case of event cancellation by Mount Robson Marathon, no refunds will be available. All registered runners will be offered a discounted rate for the next year’s event.
